Shortly before Lauren Scruggs married the man of her dreams Jason Kennedy, she realized she did not have a fabulous gown to change in to for her reception. Lauren met with designer Nardos Imam and instantly established a deep friendship. A friendship combining both shared religious beliefs and the passion for inspiring others.
“Lauren has touched so many lives and inspires everyone around, ” Nardos says. “She inspires me to use my gift– my gift of design to create the perfect gown for her.
A strapless, knee length dress in pristine white was designed for Lauren’s bridal brunch. The designer also created a custom gown in blush for Lauren’s reception.
For Lauren’s mother, Nardos designed a rehearsal dinner gown of Chantilly lace embellished with beading and organza flowers, as well as a soft gray-blue gown for the wedding.
On December 13, Lauren Scruggs married E! News cohost Jason Kennedy. If you are like us, you’ve been anxiously awaiting E!’s Kennedy Wedding premiere, which aired Monday, December 22 at 8/7c on E! The Four Season Resort & Club Dallas at Las Colinas was a beautiful setting for Lauren’s wedding. Todd Fiscus of Todd Events not only created a lovely event, but also designed the most breathtaking florals.
